Job Description:

As a Bartender at OL'BERTA, you will be a key player in our bar team, crafting delicious cocktails and providing exceptional service to our guests. Whether you are an experienced mixologist or aspiring to refine your bartending skills, we have opportunities available for both full-time and part-time positions.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, and wines.
• Interact with guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Take orders, create personalized cocktails, and recommend drink options.
• Maintain the bar area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
• Adhere to responsible alcohol service guidelines.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash registers.
• Collaborate with the bar team to create new cocktail recipes and specials.

Requirements:

• Previous bartending experience is a plus but not required for entry-level positions.
• Knowledge of various cocktails, spirits, and beverages.
• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and energetic environment.
